By registering for the event, you provide your consent to receive communications from us via WhatsApp and SMS to the phone number provided during registration. These communications may include, but are not limited to, event updates, payment confirmations, and important notifications.

All payments made for registration and participation in IIM ATM 2024 are final and non-refundable. Payment confirmations and receipts will be sent to the registered mobile number via WhatsApp and SMS.

Participants are expected to adhere to the guidelines provided by the event organizers. Failure to comply with the event rules may result in disqualification without any refund.

IIM ATM 2024 organizers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via WhatsApp and SMS.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your participation in the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
