Accommodation & Transportation
A warm welcome to all the participants of IIM-ATM 2025. We strive to provide you the best local hospitality and hope that you have a wonderful conference. The following document gives details about accommodation and transport along with google form to request for accommodation.

Accommodation
Following accommodation options are available on a payment basis for participants:
- IIT Hyderabad Hostels (IITH Hostels)

Please Note:
- Payment needs to be made during the checkout directly at the hotel/guest house. Invoice will be provided at the accommodation.
- Student participants can request for accommodation only at IIT Hyderabad Hostels.
- Discounted rates have already been negotiated for all conference participants at the hotels given above.
- For accommodation options listed above that are in the Hyderabad city, Transportation to and from the conference venue will be arranged for these hotels.
- Details of Tariffs, Types of Rooms are given below.
- Complimentary breakfast is available for all options except hostels. Hostel residents can avail mess facility for breakfast on payment basis.
- Registration is compulsory for filling out the accommodation form
- Allocation will be made based on availability; submission of preference does not guarantee accommodation
- Confirmation details will be shared via email.
- The deadline to make accommodation requests is 29th Nov, 11:59 pm

- Registration is compulsory for filling out the accommodation form

If arriving from another city, take a bus to MGBS or JBS, then continue by public bus or taxi/cab to IIT Hyderabad

Secunderabad By Bus:
From Secunderabad Bus Stand, take TSRTC bus towards Patencheru (219 – Every 10mins)
Lingampally :
Take an auto to BHEL circle, then board a bus towards Patancheru , then take bus to Patancheru (218/218C/219)

By Bus:
Take the Airport Shuttle (PUSHPAK – AJ) to Gachibowli Junction, then auto or cab to your accommodation.
Rail
Hyderabad Deccan (Nampally) :
Take taxi, auto or metro from Nampally Station to Raidurg Metro station. From there, take an auto or cab to reach your accommodation.
Secunderabad Junction:
Take the metro via Ameerpet interchange to Raidurg station then take an auto or cab to your accommodation
Road
Intercity Buses:
If arriving from another city, take a bus to MGBS or JBS, then continue by public bus or taxi/cab to the accommodation area

Transportation between Accommodation and Conference Venue
Road
Local shuttle service :
will operate between the IIT Hyderabad Main Gate and the conference venue throughout the event.
Conference Shuttle buses :
will be arranged daily to and from all listed accommodation locations
Morning Departure: Buses will depart from the designated pick-up points at 7:30am. As conference sessions begins at 9.00am, all participants are requested to be ready at the pick-up point by 7.30am
Evening Return: After the conference sessions conclude each day, transportation will be provided back to the respective accommodations.
Travel Assistance Desk at Airport
To assist participants upon arrival in Hyderabad, a Travel Assistance Desk will be available at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) throughout the conference period.
- Location: In front of Subway, opposite to arrival gate
- Identification: Student volunteers with IIM-ATM 2025 T-shirt/Tags
- Service Provided: Assistance in booking cab and any other guidance required.

Important Note : Transport Arrangements: Option A: Large Group Transport in BUS for the above mentioned Spouse Program from IIT Hyderabad will be arranged collectively by the Spouse Committee. Option B: Small Group/Individual Transport – Smaller groups or individuals can avail cab services on chargeable basis by contacting the travel Desk at Lecture Hall Complex. The Travel Desk will be facilitating the travel arrangements; however, the associated charges will need to borne by the individuals concerned. · Places of visit may change as per final requirements and time availability. · Implementation of the whole program may vary depending on traffic conditions, group movement, and time spent by participants at each location. | |
