Registration Information
To participate in IIM ATM 2025 and the International Conference on Advanced Materials and Critical Minerals for Energy Transition, please register through the official website. During registration, provide your personal details along with your IIM membership number (for members) or valid student ID (for PG/UG students). After completing the payment, your registration status and payment confirmation will be visible on your profile dashboard.
Special discounted rates are available for accompanying spouses, who will also have access to curated sessions and organized sightseeing experiences during the event.

Special Privileges for Student Participants at IIM ATM 2025
To support and encourage student participation in the IIM ATM 2025 conference, the organizers are pleased to offer
the following benefits to presenting students:
- Reduced Registration Fee: Only Rs 2000/-
- Accommodation: Hostel Accomodation at IIT Hyderabad shall be provided to students/delegates qualified for Oral/Poster Presentation at INR 400 per day (inclusive of GST and breakfast).
- Internal Transportation: Free transportation to the conference venue in Hyderabad
- One-Year IIM Membership: Complimentary membership to IIM for one year. We look forward to your participation and are excited to welcome you to Hyderabad!
- Google Form for accomodation request will be shared soon.**

Registration Process
Here’s a streamlined process for user registration and payment for an event:
- Step 1: Registration Process
- Signup: Register by providing your user details.
- Login: Access your individual user page after registration.
- Step 2: Payment Process
- Navigate to Payments Page: Once logged in, go to the Payments section.
- Select Registration Category: Choose your category and fill in the required details.
- For Students: Upload your student identity card.
- Fee Calculation: The registration fee will be automatically selected—no manual entry needed.
- Proceed to Payment: Click to proceed, which will redirect you to the Payment Gateway.
- Choose Payment Mode: Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
- Step 3: Post-Payment
- Download Payment Receipt: Return to the Payments Page to download your payment receipt.
- Receive Notifications: Notifications will be sent via email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Invoice Download: For a detailed invoice, visit the Invoice Page to download it.
- QR Code: A QR code will be displayed on your profile page. Make sure to carry this QR code for event entry. It is essential for gaining access to the event.
Ensure you download your receipt, check notifications, and have the QR code ready for a smooth event entry.
