At the Inaugural Function of IIM-ATM2024 on November 20th, 2024, we will unveil the esteemed Souvenir, graced by distinguished government officials, industry leaders, delegates from various sectors, and representatives of technical institutions. The 78th IIM-ATM Souvenir will showcase messages from government representatives and renowned professionals, special articles, event details, committee information, awards, sponsors, supporters, and advertisements from both domestic and international entities. Soft copies of the souvenir will be distributed to all event attendees, while limited high-quality hard copies will be printed for distribution to government agencies, industries, research and development laboratories, and academic institutions. Exhibitor Program

Industry bodies are invited to exhibit their services or wares relative to the theme of the summit. The exhibition space will be positioned in, or adjacent to, the area for morning and afternoon tea. This arrangement will give ample opportunity for exhibitors to interact with conference delegates during the daily breaks. It will be possible for exhibitors to book larger stands at additional cost. Please discuss your specific requirements with us in this regard.

Exhibitor Notes:

One standard electrical outlet is included in your booth package. You do not need to order the outlet unless you need something special.
Internet access will be available throughout the exhibit hall.
Instructions will be e-mailed to all Exhibitor contacts on how to register Conference Exhibitors and Booth Attendants. Please be sure to follow these steps for registering as exhibitors.
